Welcome to Traveltoons Holiday Services Pvt. Ltd. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation

• • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment
• • Advance payment is typically 30–50% of total tour cost
• • Balance payment must be made 15 days before departure

1.2 Payment Methods

• • Bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards accepted
• • All payments must be in Indian Rupees (INR)
• • Payment confirmation receipt will be issued via email

2. Inclusions and Exclusions

2.1 Typically Included

• • Accommodation as per itinerary
• • Meals as specified in the package
• • Transportation as per itinerary
• • Sightseeing and activities mentioned
• • Services of professional tour guide (where applicable)

2.2 Typically Excluded

• • Airfare/train fare unless specifically mentioned
• • Visa fees and travel insurance
• • Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, tips, etc.)
• • Entry fees to monuments/museums unless specified
• • Any services not mentioned in inclusions

3. Travel Documents

• • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) for international travel
• • Valid visa for destination country
• • Travel insurance is highly recommended
• • Any health certificates required by destination
• • Traveltoons is not responsible for visa rejections

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• • Trip cancellation and interruption
• • Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
• • Lost or delayed baggage
• • Personal liability

5. Responsibilities and Liabilities

5.1 Our Responsibilities

• • Provide services as per agreed itinerary
• • Maintain quality standards in accommodation and services
• • Provide 24/7 emergency support during travel
• • Handle booking confirmations with service providers

5.2 Limitations of Liability

• • We act as intermediary between travelers and service providers
• • Not liable for delays, cancellations by airlines, hotels, or transport operators
• • Not responsible for loss, injury, or damage due to force majeure events
• • Not liable for personal belongings, valuables, or documents
• • Medical fitness for travel is the traveler's responsibility

6. Changes and Modifications

6.1 By Traveltoons

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring comparable alternatives are provided. Significant changes will be communicated immediately.

6.2 By Travelers

Requests for changes to confirmed bookings may incur additional charges and are subject to availability. Changes must be requested in writing at least 15 days before departure.

7. Conduct and Behavior

• • Travelers must respect local laws, customs, and cultures
• • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from tour without refund
• • Travelers are responsible for their own safety and well-being
• • Follow instructions of tour guides and local authorities
• • Illegal activities will result in immediate termination of services

8. Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints during your tour:

• • Report immediately to tour guide or our emergency contact
• • We will make best efforts to resolve issues on-site
• • Written complaints should be submitted within 7 days of tour completion
• • Complaints received after 30 days will not be entertained

9. Force Majeure

Traveltoons is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is protected as per our Privacy Policy and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023. We collect and use data only for service delivery and will not share with third parties without consent.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, brochures, and promotional materials is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

13. Amendments

Traveltoons reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date.
