Cancellation Terms

At Traveltoons Holiday Services Pvt. Ltd., we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business partners.

Cancellation Charges

    30+ days before departure:

    25% of total tour cost as cancellation charges

  • 2
    15–29 days before departure:

    50% of total tour cost as cancellation charges

  • 3
    7–14 days before departure:

    75% of total tour cost as cancellation charges

  • 4
    Less than 7 days before departure:

    100% of total tour cost (no refund)

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergency: If cancellation is due to a medical emergency with valid documentation, we will attempt to recover costs from service providers and refund the recovered amount minus administrative charges.

Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, cancellation policy will be applied as per the terms of individual service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).

Trip Postponement: You may postpone your trip up to 30 days before departure with 10% administrative charges. Postponed dates are subject to availability and price changes.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days from the date of cancellation
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing charges and transaction fees are non-refundable

Non-Refundable Items

  • Visa application fees and processing charges
  • Travel insurance premiums (subject to insurance company terms)
  • Confirmed air tickets (subject to airline cancellation policy)
  • Peak season bookings and special event reservations

Important: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp). Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation date will be considered as the date we receive your written cancellation request.
